D Day - 2011 - Room reservations

Okay chaps - spoke to WRA this afternoon and the booking form is attached here in this post with a list of the hotels available. Payment as per usual will at the end of our stay, with details of the credit card given to WRA to secure the rooms.

Basically you can fill in the PDF form and email or fax to WRA or give them a call, alternatively, please call them on 01904 471 944 and quote D Day Rideout Hotel Bookings.

Reservations for the crossing will open separately via Aspire's website, with the usual donation to the charity included in the ticket price.

Please note that WRA reserve a large chunk of the hotels in Le Touquet on our behalf at a very good price and it is preferable that you use them, as it helps us with our relationship with the town council and local businesses, as they then know that folk are coming with us.

Please also note that no money is taken for rooms till you get there.
