Rideout 2010, Whats your most memorable moment ?

What did you see that made you smile (or weep) for me it was looking in my mirror at 150 ? bikes behind me, headlights beaming in a line of 300m maybe, going along that river 'dirt track' with the locals waving and watching with astonishment, brilliant....good weekend or what....................

For me it's always seeing all the bikes together at the beachfront...and this year's raffle was a great laugh thanks to Pete...

for me it will always be the vision of so many bikes in the carpark at folkstone, as ive never been on such a large ride out before, and after this it wont be the last

big thumbs up to all the d-day riders for making this a memoral weekend for me

For me it's the people I've met over the weekend who made it for me, here's a few other stand up memories,

1. The relief of seeing Nadeem in my mirror after waiting so long my battery went flat and the guys giving me a bump start.
2. The donut I really shouldn't have eaten at the museum thanks to Garath.
3. The policemans expression when he found me going the wrong way up a one way street on the wrong side of the road and I just said "English" to him
4. Ali and I kissing for Petes picture
5. The great ride back up to the Tunnel.

It felt like longer than a short weekend but also seemed to go so quickly, roll on the next one.

The most fab introduction to riding in Europe.

Loads of disasters including sitting on the side of the road on my own for nearly an hour, flat battery - but all this made it the best weekend ever!!

Met some really fab people too!

What a fantastic weekend and what a fantastic, and very patient, bunch of bikers!

to me mate it was the look on your face when it was surgested you ride through the bunch and pick up your group.....

1. Looking in my right mirror as I left the museum to catch up with the sports bike group to see my right pannier bouncing along the road - I'm sure I had more room between those bollards - doh! Thanks to Gareth and Andrew for rescuing it and ferrying it to Le Touquet - anyone got a right hand side system case they no longer need?

2. The feeling of relief as I came over the 'blind' crest from the museum to Le Touquet to see bikes parked up and people rushing into the field, then spotting the streak of black rubber heading towards the undergrowth, and then seeing Roy do a very good impression of a Meerkat - simples phew!

3. After Tina's close encounter with the local gendarmerie, realising they then seemed to spend the evening stalking her ..... and then seeing her ride the wrong way down the road again on Sunday morning ....
